Creating an interactive poster for a digital world.
American Association for Advancement of Science (AAAS) is the publisher of Science, the leading journal of original scientific research, global news, and commentary. In the October 31 printed issue of Science, a poster explores the past, present, and future of confocal microscopy and animates the technology that has developed over the years. AAAS approached Apollo Matrix to build the corresponding web component – an interactive poster.
It has been developed for the web browser, but is also responsive to any mobile device with screen sizes 7” and smaller – users will be able to view the full site zoomed with the capability to use pinch zoom to navigate. Additionally, desktop view of the interactive poster is supported through the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Internet Explorer.
