These recent article headlines are a constant update to which tech powerhouse is “winning” in the Apple vs. Google battle for market share, profits, and more in their global growth of mobile devices. While market share has spiked for Android around the world, Apple is still seeing profits in their devices and the App Store. Do the market share metrics matter? Definitely, but there is far more to both competitors. While Apollo Matrix is more accustomed to clients beginning in iOS, there is no doubt that more Android devices are being purchased and the Google Play store is quickly catching up to the App Store.
